  Careful Appraisal, Excellent Work, Transparency Regarding Cost

  Prompt and polite initial contact was followed by a comprehensive review of the problem using a little camera along the pipe. The bad news was then delivered and explained with options and without undue pressure to proceed. We did proceed; the work was carried out and the garden beautifully restored. Very happy with this work and with Dean and Caleb.

  Annual Clearing of Gutters, Washing Conservatory Roof, Cleaning Windows

  Pristine Clean were particularly strong on communication, both written and verbal. They cleared and cleaned gutters, washed the conservatory roof and concluded by washing all windows. The work was completed with honesty and reliability, even explaining why a particular issue could not be solved by cleaning alone. Fee reduced accordingly. Thoroughly recommended.

  Gutters & Windows - The Whole Lot

  My elderly Dad's gutters, fascia, conservatory and windows needed a thorough clean, having not been done since pre-pandemic. Pristine Clean were the first to respond, and courteous as well. Suitable equipment, and clearly marked van and uniform - important when dealing with the vulnerable. Excellent communications throughout the job, including checking to be sure that a particular item should/should not be included.
