  Gavin was friendly and efficient. He realised what needed to be done and fixed the roof problems quickly. His charges were very reasonable. I would recommend him for any similar minor roof issues.

  Repair of locking mechanism on old patio doors.

  The guy was on time, took 20 minutes and fixed the door which we had been told was irreparable. The previous firm told us the door would have to be replaced at a cost of £X. Since we paid only Capital Locks call-out fee of £X we were well pleased. The engineer also gave us good advice about how to keep the door working properly in future.
