  Had issue with rats within wall. Gzim was excellent, called back immediately and gave some initial thoughts over the phone. We found a time for a first visit which suited easily and he turned up bang on time for both visits. Issue has been addressed like he said it would be.

  Dennis was fantastic. Called to say he’d be early, and was very polite and helpful. He took great care when doing the work and even cleaned up afterwards. 10/10!
