  Good work, expensive, a shame about afterwards

  We needed the rendering at the front of the house to be repainted after new windows were fitted. At the same time we wanted to get the soffits, facia boards and other painted areas redone. Bogdan's quote was relatively high but I had more confidence in him than in some of those with cheaper quotes. When they got to the facia boards, I was shown where they were rotting. Bogdan fitted UPVC facia boards over the existing ones. This was also expensive but they did a thorough job. All the work was to a high standard and we liked the finished job. But he never dealt with a drip from the gutter.

  Cleared everything from the flat and the sheds.

  It was all positive from getting a quote to locking up an empty flat. Gary and Paul worked very hard from 10:00 to 4:30. There was a lot to get rid of and they had to do a trip to the tip part way through because the van was full. They did what was agreed and yet the price was the cheapest of those quoted.

  Wasps Nest Removal from roof at rear of house.

  I was dubious about the 10/10 from 189 reviews. But I couldn't fault any part of the interaction with APSL. And the wasps are gone.

  Gutter Cleaning

  Ashley took on board our problem - a wasps nest in the guttering. He cleared as much of the gutters as he could and chased up quotes for getting rid of the wasps nest. He will be back to finish the gutter cleaning once the wasps nest has been dealt with. And we will get him to do the window cleaning next time that he visits.
