  Drama I didn't need

  I'm unfortunately having to write a bad review, after an initial positive experience. The quoted fixes were not described to me clearly and I had to query why certain things were not done when it was my understanding they would be. It also seems as if work was done on an area that did not need it urgently instead of an area that it was very important to address as there's clearly a leak behind plasterboard. This has not improved at all. Now trying to get remedial fixes done, communication has broken down, and appointments have been missed, causing me significant stress.
