  Thomas was great from the start, excellent communication and very punctual. He and his team arrived as planned and managed to do what was planned as a 2 day job, in a single day. The team didn't stop from the moment they arrived, leaving a neatly finished driveway and completely tidy site.

  Mark was great from the outset. Punctual, polite and respectful. The work performed was excellent, we had 6 new internal doors fitted to existing frames. We are so pleased with the final result. Highly recommended

  Bluewhale Hot Tub Full Service

  Since owning our hot tub we had never had it serviced and was a bit worried that it needed a service to ensure the longevity of its life. During my very first discussion with Pool and Spa Heroes, they explained what their full spa service comprised of and why it was required. They explained in full what they would do and how it was to be done. They arrived on time and very professional in their work. I have no doubt I will be calling them for any future issues and regular servicing.
