  Did a fantastic job, very tidy, kept us informed of progress etc, managed to source a cherry picker to paint the chimney. would highly recommend.

  external repair to pebbledash

  Very pleased with the job done by David. We had a large patch pebbledashed above a flat roof and a patch repaired under a window. It matches perfectly with the existing pebbledash. A very tidy workman too, you would not know he had been here!! Will definitely use again.

  Received a message straight away asking what the problem was, I explained, Ben asked some questions, suggested I try a few things before he came out. Very impressed that he did this as it appears to have worked, so saved me a callout fee. Definitely will use him if it goes wrong again though.

  Replacement of glass conservatory roof with flat roof

  Cannot comment on Olympus work as it was sub-contracted. The inside is shoddy, the roof trusses are ok, but the pieces of wood in between seemed to be off-cuts rather than cut to fit. The plasterboard put up has been hacked rather than cut and it bows in the middle. However it was a cheap quote so we got a cheap job done. Lesson learnt. Advice - Ask for an itemised quote, we didn’t and were refused one when we realised we were due some money back due to not installing roof lights.

  Replacing windows and a new door

  Unfortunately a complete disaster from beginning to end. Work started at the end of May, only completed in August. Windows brought on the 1st day did not fit, old windows ripped off the house, causing unnecessary damage to outside render and inside plaster. The sales person told us that any damage would be made good, but small print in contract says not, however they have tried to repair the damage. There was an issue with nearly every window, resulting in one work person eventually coming and rectifying all the issues. Front door trim was bent, had it replaced but it still isn’t right.

  New wood vinyl floor laid in hallway

  Looks absolutely amazing. Looks like real wood and is finished perfectly. We were very impressed by brad when he came to quote, he gave us lots of options and listened to our views. We will definitely use him again.
