  Khizur was very informative from the first call, explained the call out charge and potential other costs. Answered any questions we had and was very easy to communicate with. When he arrived he was very polite and respectful. He carried out all the necessary checks, ensure that there was no CO leaks and replaced the faulty alarm. We were very happy with the outcome, the cost was exactly what we expected. No hidden fees or extra charges. We would recommend 100%

  After requesting a quote they were quick to come out and really have a good look to see what the issue was. They explained everything in detail for me to understand exactly what would be done. I felt the quote was reasonable but their knowledge and professionalism was why I chose them over others and I wasn't disappointed. Great communication, job finished in a day, gaunretee certificate provided. After the recent storm we have had no leaks so I'm really happy, highly recommend them & I will definitely use them again in future.
