  Patio Re-Laying

  Never finished the job. Started end Sept, last I heard from him was 20/12 saying he was coming back to finish, heard anything since. Left most of the trash from the job, grouting not finished, render not finished, block work not finished, footings from old wall still there. Deadline after deadline missed, multiple no-shows. Took taking legal advice, had a case under sections 49,52,54 and 55–didn’t follow through as would have meant garden not finished until God knows when. Left lawn in a terrible state and will need to be replaced. Shocking workmanship, do not recommend at all.
