  Speedy and professional washing machine repair

  Rob was great! Fitted us in quickly to assess what was wrong with our washing machine, and came back a couple of days later to replace the broken part. Professional, easy to communicate with and fairly priced.

  Triple glazed window, draught proofing and cat flaps

  Mark was great. He did a detailed survey of the work needed, even advising me that some of the repairs I thought I needed were actually unnecessary - he showed me why. This was in stark contrast to other tradesmen who instead tried to upsell me. I wanted to install triple glazing to a window that requires a Georgian cross due to conservation area. Mark initially thought it was impossible, but innovated in his workshop to find a solution - I am very grateful for this! The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, he and his assistant were friendly and polite.
