  We called to arrange for them to come and quote for landscaping our garden. We left a message on their answerphone, but they didn't ring back. We rang again and spoke to them arranging an appointment for 10:00 am on Saturday morning. When there was no sign of them by 10:45 we rang, to be told that he wasn't sure if the appointment was for 10 or 11 as he hadn't written it down. He asked if he should still come but we said no as he obviously wasn't very businesslike not writing down the time or ringing to check if he wasn't sure. He rang back 2 minutes later making abusive comments
