  garage roof

  The end product looked ok and is watertight, but there is a problem with water pooling that was not there before. They brushed it off and said that the new boards would settle which would improve it. This hasn't happened at all, so every time it rains 1/3 of the roof is now a puddle. They also failed to provide me with any of the paperwork for their so called 15yr insurance guarantee. I tried for 6 months to get them to do this and every time they either come up with an excuse or simply don't do anything. They now fail to reply to emails, messages or calls. I don't recommend due to Comms.

  complete kitchen refit

  We've been extremely happy with Thana and his team. Thana was very helpful in providing advice and making arrangements before the job began, which ultimately improved our kitchen design. The project went ahead on schedule and completed quickly. His team worked very well and we're always courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The main fitter, Nico, will be missed in the house. His workmanship and attention to detail was appreciated. The final kitchen looks great. Would happily recommend!

  Flat roof replacement

  Had Crest booked in to replace a flat roof that was leaking. The end product looks good and is watertight, so the roof does what it is supposed to do and am happy with the end result (apart from some water pooling, but that is common on flat roofs). I also asked them to repair another flat roof that a different roofer had bodged. In the end Crest replaced the whole lot, as the previous guys had done such a bad job. Crest were very helpful in pointing out the previous errors and have agreed to help in my claim against the other roofer. Assuming that comes through, very happy with Crest.

  Flat roof

  Would not recommend. Wanted asbestos roof removed and new felt roof replacement. Didn't deal with the asbestos and haven't issued us with any asbestos documentation. Roof still leaks, felt isn't aligned or sealed in a number of places, drip edges don't have boards behind them. Some of the felt looks burnt, guttering doesn't drain. Also, no invoice sent so I have no paperwork apart from whatsapp messages. Got confrontational when there was an issue with a bank transfer. Have had roof looked at by other roofers who tried to patch problem areas, felt needed to be completely re-done.

  House redecoration

  These guys did a great job. Always polite, gave us good advice that helped form some decisions, kept to time and quite, and end results are getting lots of complaints from people visiting the new house. Would happily use them again.

  Taulant was excellent. He replied quickly, was polite and very courteous. He clearly knew what he was talking about and offered suggestions and insight into how to do things best. He and his team worked quickly and the end result looks great. I would happily recommend these guys and will use them again.
