  mains cold water pressure issue repair

  Chris is excellent. He squeezed us in last minute and had the issue sussed within 30 minutes and repaired within the hour or so (inc. a trip out to get a particular piece). We are delighted to have great water pressure again and super relieved to have had Chris work on our issue, as he is always very pleasant, professional, thorough and competitively priced. Thanks Chris!!

  refitting unvented hot water heater

  Chris was excellent. Once he'd arrived, he brought all his tools in, which signalled to me 'This guy means business. He means to get the job done.' I really appreciated that and did not have that experience with the larger company I had booked previously. Chris also asked for pictures beforehand, which he used to provide a very reasonable and competitive quote. Again, previous company did not ask for pictures ahead of time. And Chris stuck within the parameters of his quote and honoured it on the day. Throughout the job Chris was very communicative, tidy and everything was done above board.
