  Conducted a Gas Safety Check

  Assisted with a gas safety check at my rental property. The tradesman had to attend the property twice as the tenant did not answer the door on the first occasion. Despite this, the tradesman remained very understanding and polite and kept me updated throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend this reliable young man.

  Fitted air pressure sensor

  The flue light on my boiler came on and it was failing to heat up hot water. I reached out to Lee via Checkatrade and he called me up almost immediately to arrange an appointment. Fortunately, he was able to fit me in that afternoon and came round to diagnose the issue. It came to light that an air pressure sensor was required however, the shop did not have it in stock so Lee kindly ordered the part and came back the following morning to get it fitted with minimum fuss and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lee and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

  Boiler service.

  Ersen is extremely polite and is a consummate professional who takes pride in his work. My boiler had low pressure and some of the radiators in my house were lukewarm. Ersen managed to rectify these issues without any fuss and in good time. I was kept well informed throughout the process. Ersen will be back to replace a part in the boiler which is leaking slightly. I would recommend him without hesitation.

  Kerry was extremely polite and is a consummate professional who takes pride in his work. He helped me fit laminate flooring in 2 of my bedrooms and the end result is simply amazing, I am blown away, he is a floor magician! I will be asking him back to fit laminate flooring in my living room and would highly recommend him!
