  Render repair and repainting

  Leigh and Harley came and sorted out several areas of cracked and blown render on the back of our house and then fully repaint. Both very polite and worked really efficiently, especially given the terrible weather we've been having. they even came on Saturdays and Sundays when weather was better to complete the work. Very competitive price and finished to a good standard. Made sure the area was left clean and tidy and all waste removed. Will definitely be using again!

  EICR completed

  Marcin and Kris came undertook and EICR for us prior to a house sale. Both worked quickly and efficiently and kept me informed of all problems that would need rectifying to obtain a satisfactory outcome. All work quoted and as most issues were simple fixes all sorted there and then! Place was left tidy after! Will definitely use again.

  Damp survey.

  Mark was extremely thorough, spending around 2 hours examining every wall from the outside and inside. He took several readings and measurements as well as thermal imagine. He explained every step and why he was doing so. The final report was extremely detailed and pinpointed the exact problems giving good recommendations as to the work needs to be carried out to rectify the damp problems saving us thousands of pounds and allowing us to renegotiate on the price of the house. Would recommend to anyone wanting a detailed damp survey of any property and we will use again if needed.
