  Matt made contact via the app. eventually arranged a visit as he was very busy. Have quote on a Saturday and did the job the following Wednesday due to a cancellation. he was polite and helpful and knew his stuff. Work was good and did all I asked. He tidied up and took away all waste. it was such a horrid day so was pleased with the results.

  Aerial signal not good so wanted a quote to fix the problem

  The engineer arrived and my son was the only person in. He proceeded to check both the TV and the aerial. At the end he asked for £215 fee which my son duly paid. What annoyed me was firstly I was not made aware that there was a £95 call out fee when I booked the appointment, and secondly despite the fact I told Checkatrade I wanted someone to look at the problem only not do the job the job was done!! Money is tight and I did not appreciate being faced with a bill I was not expecting at that time. In future ask before doing.
