  Tired garden transformed into amazing space in a week!

  The garden has been transformed! A crumbling retaining wall was removed and replaced with sleepers, a new pathway was added and a patio was extended. This is in a garden with challenging multiple levels but now those levels have all been blended together so well. Landscapes 4 Living have done an incredible job and it looks fantastic! Thank you to Craig and Paul for all of their hard work through all weathers, and for their professionalism, and thank you to Wayne for designing the garden transformation.

  New roof and front hanging tiles

  Kevin and his team replaced the roof tiles, battens and felting, in addition to the hanging tiles on the front of the house. Kevin’s communication was excellent leading up to and throughout the project and everything was really well organised. He even kept me updated on when the scaffolding was to be put up and taken down. Excellent workmanship and left everything tidy. The new roof and front hanging tiles have transformed the look of the house. Very pleased and highly recommended.

  Filling gap in tiles at front of house and tidying up tiled area

  Our house has hanging tiles on the front and after an old canopy was removed, there was a gap in the tiles that needed filling, and the whole area needed tidying up where tiles had been disturbed. Michael was very knowledgeable and went to the trouble of trying to source matching tiles. Michael and his colleague did a great job re-tiling and filling in the gap to blend in with the rest of the tiles. They left the area clean and tidy. I would use MMC Roofing again and would definitely recommend to others.

  Install lintel and fill gap in brickwork.

  Christian was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job filling in a gap above the front door where an old canopy had been removed. He installed a lintel and insulation and he blended the brickwork in perfectly. As an extra, Christian even fixed part of our pathway where a piece of slab had detached. His communication before the job was great and on completion, he left the area clean and tidy. Thank you.

  Several paths and a wall to landscape the garden levels.

  We’ve used Steve’s business twice before and always happy to have him and Carl back as their work is always of a high standard. This time, several paths around different sections of the garden were installed linking up seamlessly to existing paths. In addition, a wall to help landscape the different levels of the garden was built and matches perfectly with the existing brickwork. Steve is always good with communication and always happy to discuss different options.

  Two new patios and a garden path

  This was the second time we asked Steve to undertake work in our garden over the last couple of months. Steve and Carl laid both a large and small patio, as well as a path running through garden. They worked through difficult conditions due to rain and mud and have produced a great looking path and two patios that frame the garden well. Steve and Carl are always courteous and kept me updated on the additional work we requested. We were kept updated on costs. I can highly recommend Creative Driveways and Patio Solutions and would be happy to use again.

  Garden excavation, removal of soil, construction of retaining wall, installation of drainage.

  Excavated garden to remove slope, organised removal of tonnes of clay soil, construction of retaining wall, adjustment of manhole to suit new ground level and installation of new drainage. Steve and Carl worked through some of the most challenging conditions due to persistent heavy rain causing the ground to turn to mud for the whole time they were here. They continued against the odds and completed all the hard landscaping to give us a level garden with a retaining wall. Steve even went on a search to find yellow brick so the wall matches the house. Thank you Steve and Carl.

  Bespoke larder, boxing of pipework and adjusted doors

  Steve constructed a bespoke larder which has blended in so well with a new kitchen in an awkward space we didn’t really know what to do with. He also boxed in pipework and adjusted internal doors and cupboard shelves. He is always very polite and always leaves things clean and tidy. Steve has undertaken work for us before and we are always very pleased with his high standard of craftsmanship. We would certainly recommend Miles Carpentry and use Steve in future.
