  Pressure wash patio paving

  Dominion trading came as arranged and carried out the work as agreed. Some small extras were no problem (eg front door small area of paving. Slight misunderstanding at the beginning as I thought the visit was just to provide a quote but Dominion were ready to start the work straight away. Willing to negotiate on price when initial quote was too high.

  Roy turned up when he said he would. He gave us a verbal quote and after negotiation he was able to carry out the work on the spot. Very thorough and willing to do extra little bits such as front door steps and moving heavy items.

  Excavate apple tree root and plant potted acer

  Martin worked hard, excavating the large tree rootstock which also involved using a chainsaw to cut away very think root. The tree was planted exactly where we wanted it. Planting was carried out before leaf development. It has since started producing fresh leaf growth and looks healthy and happy.

  Replace garden fence and reinforce two upright fence posts

  Martin and his father arrived on time and worked hard all day to install our back garden fence. They were friendly, left things tidily on completion and carried out a high standard of work.

  Martin and his father came on time and worked most of the day. We're delighted with the quality of the materials used and the standard of work especially as some of the area was tricky for access. Martin was friendly and obliging, even doing one little extra job as a favour. We have asked him to quote for another garden landscaping type job as we are so pleased with his original work. Martin was flexible and willing to vary from the orignal quote as less replacement fencing was required than orignally envisaged.

  We were delighted with Nicole and her work. She fitted us in as soon as she could and worked overtime to fulfil our requirements. She was really clean and tidy, going the extra xtra mile. Communication was great and we found her friendly and flexible when it came to adjusting requirements such as shade of paint. Having experienced the quality of service for our internal redecorating needs, we then agreed on the external paint work which was carried out to our satisfaction. We felt the work was great value for money, too. Could not recommend highly enough and we will definitely hire her again.

  Check and replace damaged wiring in loft

  Pleased with the work overall. The electrician phoned me ahead of arrival as requested. He was energetic and cheerful about his work. He was able to diagnose the problem, suggest a solution and was able to proceed to fix the problem straight away. He managed it with int the hour. I had to call him back in to rectify a small problem I’d picked up and he came back in and dealt with it cheerfully. (Luckily he’d not driven off!) A little less rush to do the job might have prevented calling him back in but in the event it was sorted out straight away and I thought the overall charge was reasonable.
