  EIRC, pat and smoke alarm test

  Cassie was really quick at replying to enquiries and was able to get a visit booked in shortly within a few days. Stewart came and did all the checks and issued the certificate promptly. Initial EIRC was unsatisfactory and Stewart was available to return to repair the fault within a few days. I had some confusion on the documents and Stewart was very kind and patient to ring me to explain and clear any of my doubts. Overall a positive experience.
