  I have been using this guy for a few years to do the CP12 and other plumbing maintenance on a property I own and this was the first time I needed him to do some work of my own house. As always he was reliable, courteous and the quote was exactly what was charged. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for plumbing or heating maintenance needs.
