  Lee came as planned to provide a quote keeping me informed on his arrival time. The quote was provided same day listing all the inclusions. I requested further information to align the quote with other suppliers. This was also responded to within the day. On agreeing to proceed with the work, a 30% deposit was paid up front and work was agreed to be conducted within a week. On day of fitting, the work was done swiftly and professionally, and agreeing positioning of control boxes. Site was very clean on completion and old doors collected on the day of work.

  Brian was throughly professional throughout the process. Clearly hugely in demand, we mutually agreed a date 6-weeks in advance of the job - the date never changed. Brian quoted for the job, and barring a couple of agreed minor variations, the job remained within 5% of estimate. The work conducted by Brian and Sean on site was fantastic with real care and attention taken throughout. We are particularly pleased with the finish around the staircase stringers at the base and top step. Will definitely ask Brian back for the lounge….

  Relocating boiler, repositioning flue and commissioning on completion.

  The job was discussed and agreed on site and necessary checks completed with the relevant Baxi manual to ensure compliance. Work scope was then quoted and booking made. The quote was very competitive. Work on site was done to a very high standard. There were a couple of small issues that were highlighted regarding the boiler - unavoidable and would not have been obvious at quote stage. These were agreed and necessary parts obtained and fitted. Work area was throughly cleaned afterwards. Andy verified what checks and measurements had been taken on completion. Good job and happy boiler/customer
