  Replacement of flat roof on an extension

  Steve and his team replaced an inadequate, leaking rubber roof with a substantial felt one and the job required them to work round a large lantern window. They were excellent at communicating with me so it was clear what to expect. They were punctual and courteous and worked very hard to get the job done to a high standard. Although they were not the cheapest quote, I was given a long guarantee and feel that it was money well spent. They had previously put a similar roof on a brick built shed, provided an air vent and installed guttering. Very satisfied with both jobs. Thank you.

  Replace hinges on 2 bedroom windows

  Outdoor tap replacement

  Adam was very patient as the existing plumbing proved to be awkward, both in fittings and accessibility. A solution was found without fuss so I have now got an outside tap that is fitted securely, works fine and is accessible for any further work. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Thank you.

  Installation of raised pond

  The job was carried out exactly as I asked, with care taken to match existing patio stones. The pond is level ,a good protective layer was laid and the brickwork is excellent. The work was done tidily with minimal disturbance to me. The end result has been much admired.

  Detect plumbing leaks , make good and re-fit shower

  This was a tricky problem to solve and Ryan returned over several weeks to ensure the leak was fixed and everything working properly. Nothing was too much trouble, including matching the existing grouting.

  Ryan was able to think outside the box to solve the problem of supplying hot water and fitting a basin in a confined space without causing major disruption to my house. The price was fair and I would gladly ask Ryan to carry out further work. He is patient and adaptable and seems to be able to turn his hand to most tasks.
