  Underfloor heating & hot water electrics; repair a. 3 way light switch arrangement

  Nick did an awesome job with a rewire of a legacy UFH wireless system setting up a number of thermostats and then also replacing a legacy Honeywell system for upstairs heating and hot water control. Everything was linked to an RF hub to allow complete control of all heating and hot water remotely via an app rather than physically via thermostats. He then changed out a tricky 3 switch lighting solution on 2 floors which had been left in a suboptimal way by a previous electrician. Nick also looked at garden lighting that previously had been shorting out the house which he didn’t charge for.

  My go to painter & decorator

  I have been using Gyula for painting and decorating jobs at my home and a buy-to-let for over 10 years. Recently he did a great for me painting the exterior of the house and internally all walls and woodwork in the hallway and stairwell on all 3 floors. As always Gyula is extremely reliable, has excellent attention to detail, takes real pride in his work and is extremely conscientious about tidying up at the end of each day. He is always very personable, offering to help with other tasks in the house and his jobs are always very reasonably priced.

  Internal and external painting jobs

  Gyula is an extremely good painter / decorator; I have used him on multiple jobs most recently painting a BTL property. He is extremely hard working, very reliable, and goes out of his way to do a very professional job. He is courteous, helpful and charges a fair value for the work that he does. I have no hesitation in recommending him for all painting and decorating jobs internally (all rooms) and externally (house exterior, walls, fencing, garden cabin etc
