  Excellent service from first contact to the finish of the job. Very efficient to make first comact. Called me within an hour to make an appointment. Once surveyed I was given a verbal estimate followed within minutes by a written quote via email. All work was carried out on time as per quote. No mess whole area cleaned on completion. A.C.G. staff were polite and efficient they explained how the works would be carried out and left no mess Thoroughly recommend this company

  Leak in bathroom toilet

  Excellent service from start to finish. Once I explained my problem, Paul knew exactly what to do. He talked me through how it could be resolved including a rough cost and time it would take. The two guys who came, again told me what they were going to do. They were polite, and very efficient. They cleaned up and left the bathroom as they found it. All work carried out was explained and the faulty part shown to me. If you need a plumber I cannot recommend this company highly enough, thank you.

  Excellent next day service. Very quick and efficient. They were on time and left the garage tidy. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Clear Space and if I require any further clearance jobs they will be my “go to” company.

When it came to the removal and construction of the new conservatory the workmanship could not have been better. Quick efficient and what’s more quality work.   Repair of door lock

  Excellent service. I was unable to lock my front door due to a faulty mechanism. I called Eastbourne Locksmith at 12 noon, he arrived at 12.30, located the problem and fixed it. He wasn’t happy about the way the door was hanging and because he had promised another customer he would be with them at 1 asked if he could come back after the 1pm appointment to finish off. I had no problem with that just grateful I could lock my door. He returned 40mins later adjusted the door, all sorted! Door now better than when it was fitted. I cannot recommend this company enough.
