  Very disappointing

  The agreed works (including silicone around the bathtub) were paid for but are defective and leaking. Despite multiple attempts since mid-April to resolve the issue, the trader has refused to return and denies responsibility. Communication has been poor and no proper remedy has been offered. I’ve had to arrange another contractor and will take legal action to recover costs. Very disappointing experience.
