  Sand down and apply varnish to large garden shed. Work carried out diligently and very promptly with high quality varnish; finished shed looks fully restored. Very competitive price too.

  Replace guttering

  Sean and Wayne worked at pace and did a really great job replacing guttering for the whole house. There have been several heavy storms since to test the gutters.

  Blinds and curtain rails

  From fitting to installation, all the Regnum team were very professional, friendly and helpful. We received good advice for the blinds and curtain rails we had replaced in four rooms. A lot of care was taken by the fitters to get the blinds installed just right. We would have no hesitation in recommending Regnum.

  Guttering and Chimney Repair

  Original job was done very quickly - completed 13th August. Remedial work on the chimney stack was carried out okay; however, work on the main job (to replace all guttering) proved to be sub-standard: the new gutters are leaking more than the original ones that were replaced. Reported the problem on 22nd August (1st time it had rained). Elite offered to do the work but did not show up as planned nor did they communicate why not. Have tried more than 5 times to get them to fix the gutters; once they agreed a further date and again didn't show up or communicate why not.

  First-time installation of double-glazed windows and doors

  Very pleased with all aspects of Pavilion Glass; from planning/refining right through to installation. Doors and windows for almost the whole house was installed in just three days. We wanted to preserve as much as possible of the original character of our 1920s house; Hayley was very helpful in planning this. The installation team were friendly and very professional. They did a fantastic job in removing the old windows and doors, installing the new ones and clearing up afterwards. We are delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pavilion.

  Fix leaking roof/ replace broken tiles

  Quickly and skilfully found the cause of the dripping water from our roof into the bedroom below and replaced broken valley tiles as well as tiles around the chimney. Was able to do all repairs without the cost (and delay) of scaffolding. Very happy with the result.
