  Professional, friendly and trusted work for new skirting board

  Excellent work carried out which started with great communications, a quick visit to quote for the work which was what we paid. A little extra due to some unforeseen work but all accepted and necessary and informed up front. Clean working turned up when they said they would. Really happy with the result as all walls in this old house are not the best I am over the moon with the outcome of the skirting board. Thank you

  Replace very old fuse box with a modern consumer unit

  Excellent from first contact on a Sunday evening, visited the next day to quote and completed the work on Tuesday morning to a really great standard. All work explained and carried at the exact times quoted. All work cleaned up and respect for house at all times. No hesitation to recommend Jay Electrician to anyone for work needed.   Full replacement roof

  After a leak in a bedroom we contacted some trades but Michael responded professionally and came out the next morning and quoted for the work. Seeing other reviews and the friendly way Michael approached the job we agreed the work and one week later everything is complete including scaffolding , skip, all materials and work. The team were clean, quick and meticulous in delivering the work. I would not hesitate in recommending Chase Roofline to anyone looking for a local professional team. Thank you
