  reinstalled a new shower enclosure

  Mr Bombai was very prompted, both when coming to quote the job and on the day of installation. He was very honest, not trying to up sale on the job and was really helpful on choosing the best enclosure. There was a lot of glass from the old enclosure exploding which he cleared up so well, there wasn't a speck left after he had completed the job. The price was reasonable and carried out in the tome scale he said. Will be using his services again in the future.

  Repaired leak from a nailed pipe

  Another trade person hammered a nail into a water pipe creating a leak. Over the phone Nick talked me through what I needed to do to help stop the water thus preventing further damage. He then promptly arrived an hour later (like he said he could) and fixed the pipe without a fuss. He took his time and even helped to reset the central heating. He was informative the whole way through but not patronising. Great person great work!
