  Roof not fixed

  Pro roofing were contracted twice to fix the same area of our roof, once by the previous owner and once by me in August 2025. It quickly became clear that the leak had not been repaired, so Mitch came back a few weeks later, but it still wasn't fixed. He said the job shouldn't be done in the rain, but both times he came for the job it was raining. It has proved impossible to get him to come and fix the issue since September, and it is now December.
