  CDM were a pleasure to deal with. After a brief back and forth to clarify details around the faulty product, work was quickly scheduled to a viable date. Tradesman turned up as arranged, was impressively quick and replacing the unit, and all sorted in no time.

  They got in touch quickly, gave a good indication of their arrival time and turned up on time. This was both on the initial visit and followup. I had a boiler fault (shorted fan circuit). It was diagnosed correctly, and fixed quickly. Reasonable price, and advice given around the challenges of preventing a re-occurrence.

  A reasonably simple job, but excellent standard of finish and zero mess. Went beyond the spec and added some nice touches. Previously he boarded the loft, expanded the access hatch and added a sturdy loft ladder which was done well and has lasted very well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
