  Tidy and efficient

  Arrived the next day as promised, carried out the job quickly. Made sure I knew exactly what the issue was and how they’d resolve it. Very thorough, even cleaned off the hosepipe afterwards. Pointed out an issue I hadn’t noticed on the front but didn’t push about it, just suggested I might want to sort it at some point which I appreciated. Would hire them again.

  Cloakroom renovation

  We had a small cloakroom renovation, it included removing an old toilet and replacing it with a Japanese style toilet so it wasn’t the simplest job. They did great work, the room looks much better than it did. There were a couple of issues due to the complicated nature of the plumbing but they quickly resolved these problems and now everything is great.
