  We hired Lance to work on our bungalow, we needed an external wall removed and doors fitted to the garden, an internal fire door knock through from the home to the garage, external steps to 4 rear doors and some radiators moved. Lance protect managed the built, liased with building control and arranged for all skips etc and trades. The work has been completed effortlessly and we are thoroughly pleased with the team at Dawkins Prestige. Chloe was amazing too and keeping us update through out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Kitchen mini shift around

  We moved into our new home a few months ago and needed some work completed in the kitchen, removing some units and worktops to make room for the large fridge freezer we had. Lance was amazing, his workmanship was brilliant, his communication excellent, arrived in time and was very tidy. Would thoroughly recommend Lance and Dawkins Prestigue.

  We used Lance at Dawkins Prestige for our main bathroom refit, we were so pleased with the workmanship and results we re contracted him for the en-suite refit. We are absolutely ecstatic with the results of our recent bathroom refit, and we wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly professional and breathtaking renovation experience!   New TV aerial

  We found ANV Production on check a trade and selected them because of the excellent reviews. Ambi was very communicative and explained the fault he found with our aerial. He was able to provide a quote during the visit which was acceptable and stayed with us the same day to install a new aerial and cabling. We would throughly recommend him for anyone needed aerial services. What a fantastic company.

  Re roof an extension pitched roof and install a velux

  Single storey rear extension.

  We had many builders provide a quote for the extension. Ricky was very helpful in helping was in advising the best fit for our budget and design. He never rushed us and when we agreed the price for the extension the work was started on time, his team was very friendly and we were kept updated throughout the build. We are really pleased with the extension.
