  Andrei came out very quickly and advised on patch repair Vs full refurbishment options. His quote was in line with 2 other suppliers. we were a little nervous going with a relatively new firm. But meeting Andrei and communicating with him by text gave us confidence. He arrived on the job exactly on time. He helped me move quite a lot of furniture (which other firms said we would need to do). The work was completed exactly as described and on time. We decided against Filling between the boards and his quote was adjusted down without a quibble. No deposit or payment up front.

  Remove existing Patio and lay new stone patio and steps.

  EV quoted a fair price and explained in detail how they would remove existing stone paving, lay new concrete base. They went to great lengths to explain the details. They and I signed a contract with a fixed price. The told me 6-8 weeks lead time but the day after signing contract told me a job had been cancelled and they could start immediately. When they arrived they said it was better to lay new stone over existing (damaged) patio. I said I wanted them to do the job as quoted. They said they needed more money to do it properly. I declined their offer and said I'd go elsewhere.
