  Remove, dispose of redundant warm air heater & cap and test gas supply.

  Graeme came on time, dismantled and removed old warm air heater very efficiently. Then capped gas outlet and tested cap effectiveness. Finally took away old warm air heater. Will be using Excel gas to remove and cap gas hob too. Can't recommend enough.

  Remove redundant flue

  Connor and his team were excellent. Very accommodating as no shoes worn indoors at address. They quickly dismantled an awkwardly located old metal flue and disposed of it in under an hour. Cleaned up after themselves. Made sure none of the debris in the flue dropped out. Certainly recommended them.

  Install in existing landscape prefab air source heat pump anti noise & vibration slab

  Adam did a fantastic job laying an anti vibration & noise reducing ASHP prefab slab in our landscape garden. It now looks like it's always been there. Adam showed great attention to detail and consideration. We're already putting further work his way. Can't recommend him more highly. The requirements were very precise for a correct install and he followed them to the letter making sure the final product was to an exceptional high standard.

  Clean gutters, window frames, windows, fascia, and conservatory exterior

  KSY arrived on time. Worked methodically on each task in turn for the front of the property to the rear of the property. KSY did an excellent job cleaning out gutters of the house, removing dirt, cobwebs from the window frames, sprucing up the fascia & windows. KSY also did good job on the conservatory. Far better than previous cleaning firms. However KSY missed 1 gutter on the conservatory & failed to supply photo proof of clean gutters. KSY came back immediately to clean missed conservatory gutter & provided missing photo proof. Highly recommend KSY.

  Get rid of rat infestation

  Pegasus came 3 times for £160 all in. They laid fully enclosed traps and baits. By 3rd visit there was no sign of rats. We've now been rat free for over 6 weeks. Excellent work. On time for every visit. Courteous, punctual and informative. Highly recommend.
