  Great first impression when James came out, got on to the roof, took pictures and explained what our issues were. Compared to others who were somehow able to figure out what was wrong from standing across the road! Quoted what we expected for this level of work. When he and his team arrived, they carried out the work neatly. Very professional and would highly recommend.
