  Mr Kindon quoted to re-grout a patio and re-lay some decking on removal of hot tub. In the event, he lifted 3 tiles to "investigate", broke them in the process and has never been seen since his attempts to barter up the job to a whole new patio at a cost of £8,000 was declined. Deposit paid was not returned and the garden in a much worse state than it started. Avoid at all costs.
