  Dishwasher investigated, part ordered and fitted, same problem prevails. No fix and communication.

  Supplier came to review the dishwasher, Diagnosed it as faulty part. Part ordered, fitted, worked once then same problem continued. Flagged this and then all communication has stopped. Paid £200+ in call out fees and spare parts and no proper fix or resolution. Have had to part a new dishwasher and installation. Too much risk to incur more costs for calls outs and incorrect diagnosis to fix the old machine. Communication was good initially but not long term fix and a week of no communication results in a poor rating.
