  Trent doors were quick to visit, quote and did the job, there was some confusion as additional price was added but then after communication they removed it. Good reliable company Please note payment is due as works are done or invoice goes overdue which I find strange and very short notice to pay out.

  Raman resolve leak issues. He was very profesnal and and fixed the leak, replaced the shower unit, insalled new ceiling board and skimming , door repairs and handles and floor repairs. We would highly recommend him.

  Flat roof repairs

  Jason carried out full shop flat repairs in Feb 2023. The roof started to leak within few weeks and Jason tried to fix but issue carried on. We paid nearly £9K for this repair and were provided with 10 years warranty for the roof. As the leaks continued , Recently we were told by Jason that there is ponding and he suspects rafter had failed and it will cost another £1200 to fix it , this won’t be perm fix but try to prevent the leak. After consulting other roofer we are informed that the boards were not properly levelled when the roof was done in Feb 2023 and there are no rafter issue

  Fixing of fan unit

  The work was completed and when asked to check the temp of the unit , they agreed to come but charged us a calling charge without mentioning or agreeing before , we’ll you did the works and if you need to come and adjust you don’t charge call out, this is first time I have come across , they refused to waive off the callout charge which was should not have been applied

  Fitting of extractor fan

  The extractor was fitted and the quality has been very poor, I asked the the company to replace with and I was even prepared to supply the new fan but they refused , It’s their fault to use such a cheap and rubbish fan which was not fit for purpose

  Poor communication and no show

  The date, time and quote was agreed and they did not turn up, as I inquired about the app, trader said the office called me , but I did not get a single call or text message. If you can not do at least inform and re arrange the appointment , rather than no communication and no show, When I contacted them to get the works done , and told them I will review them, they simply told me, do as pleases me. I have not come across such poor customer service. No calls, no texts and now they saying do as you wish, I was compelled to write this as normally love to resolve the issue,
