  End of tenancy clean

  What an excellent company! Right from the start of our enquiry, the communication from Andy was outstanding. I thought I may struggle to get anyone to do an end of tenancy clean between Christmas and New Year, but Andy stepped up and did a magnificent job. He was very understanding of the particular needs of our tenant and went above and beyond. And more importantly, the standard of cleaning was brilliant. If you use Andy, I can promise you that you will not be disappointed.

  I cannot begin to praise PK Clearance highly enough. Right from the start of our search for a company to work with, they were outstanding. Their communication was always timely and efficient. Their price was exceptionally competitive. During the planning of the work, they were extremely helpful and flexible, and answered all of our questions and met our requirements. On the actual day, they were brilliant, even accommodating for a last minute extra request and their work was phenomenal. They are are a brilliant professional company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

  Shower repair

  I am delighted to recommend Andrew from AR Williams. He did a fantastic job for a client of ours, carrying out quite a complicated repair. He was courteous and tidy at all times. I had to communicate with him over email and he was always very timely with his communication. Also, the work took an unexpected turn, and he asked me to reduce the invoice accordingly. I would absolutely recommend him and have already asked him to complete a second job for us.
