  Exceptional service from start to finish. Starting with the site survey by Oleg, who was knowledgeable, patient and happy to go through the range of options. Through Caroline and Sophie in the office, who were quick to respond, prove support with the various implications and advise on our queries. And finally the installation team. The team were externally efficient, polite and tidy. You barely knew they were there. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Our polycarbonate roof has been replaced by a modern tiled roof, and the space has been transformed. Thank you to the team at 2Hot2Cold.
