  Fixed our toilet!

  Our toilet had gradually stopped flushing so I contacted Danny's Plumbing, who got back to me almost immediately. I sent a photo and was given a quote. Charlie arrived promptly at 8.00am the next morning with the correct parts, and completed the repair quickly and cleanly. So our toilet now flushes again. Very helpful and courteous young man. Very happy!

  Replacing two wooden sash windows

  Yesterday Marcin completed the replacement of two wooden sash windows in our Victorian home, which he did with the highest form of professional care from start to finish. When he arrived, he covered and protected all surfaces which might be affected by any dust (but there was no mess at all!). Marcin's work was completed to the very highest standards, and we are so happy with our replacement windows. He is a real craftsman, who takes pride in his work - a quality which can seem quite rare these days. Marcin is reliable, tidy and courteous. In fact, we have asked him to replace more windows.

  Replacing two sets of French windows.

  Deepak and his team replaced two sets of French windows for us, one with a catflap. Deepak was very helpful during the planning process, advising us as to the best way to proceed. He responded to all our questions, communicating with us whenever necessary. The work was carried out promptly, and we are very happy with the new doors into our garden. The team worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. We would definitely use Rise Windows again if we need new windows. Very pleased. Thank you.
