  Gas boiler replacement

  Dean did an excellent job of replacing our old boiler and the leaking hot water cylinder that had caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse. Not only did he arrange a next-day installation of a new cylinder that we could use right away with its immersion heater but arranged for our ceiling to be repaired as well.

  Boiler Replacement

  Dene did an excellent job with our boiler replacement within a week of placing our order but first, as we had no hot water from our old system he went out of his way to ensure our new HW cylinder and immersion heater were installed the very next day.

  Fault finding and restoration of circuits

  Dean did an excellent job of promptly finding and repairing a fault that had disabled nearly all our circuits, and at a very reasonable price. I look forward to calling on his services for some more work when we are ready to proceed with it.

  Restoring Power to a Circuit

  Although the task turned out to be a simple reset of an RCD which I could have done myself had I known how (with two movements of the switch rather than the one movement that I tried, thinking there must be a deeper fault to be found) I felt that Marlon certainly earned his callout fee by his prompt attendance, within two hours from my phone call, his impeccable and friendly manner, the additional checks he undertook and the advice he gave (especially on the use of extension leads, which was likely what caused the RCD to trip). I'd be happy to call on him again for bigger jobs.
