  Good communication prior to the visit, including a short video call so that TJ could work out what was the most likely affected part causing the issues. Repairs done on the agreed date and no issue with the system following the work.

  Changing a kitchen tap

  Keith was great. I needed the copper pipes cutting under the kitchen sink and then new fittings put on and my replacement tap fitting. He did a great job and was very polite and easy to have around.

  Lee and Jack were really good. They came round to have a look at the job and sent me a cost over shortly afterwards. They were then able to come out and do the work 4-5 days after I'd made my decision. They turned up when they said they would, did a good job and were polite and easy to talk to. I would be happy to recommend them to my neighbours.
