  Repairing tiles, roof valleys & ridges. Replacing soffits, fascias & guttering 5 bedroom house.

  Grant Noon provided scope/programme covering scaffold, materials and labour with a quotation after a site visit. As the house is 75 yrs old there was an unquantifiable element of roof repairs - tiles, roof valleys & ridges. Some of the original soffits were asbestos but painted & in good condition, so Grant proposed that they were left undisturbed & clad around in uPVC. Finally the roof was cleaned & treated with a biocide. Works took a week & the workforce were courteous, safe & worked tidily. Very happy as the work was priced competitively with good quality of work Would use G&T again.
