  Wallpaper Stripping

  Upon very short notice from me, Andrew arranged for someone almost immediately to strip the wallpaper in my flat. The person that stripped the wallpaper was very diligent and committed and even gave me advice on other areas regarding my property refurbishment. I was on a time critical schedule and so I'm really appreciative of the help that Andrew and his colleague provided.

  Removing moss from the roof

  A thorough and efficient removal of the moss from the roof of my house was done. Billy was polite and professional; he showed me the work that he did and checked with me to make sure that I was happy with it. Billy also made sure that all rubbish was cleared away and areas were cleaned.

  Front door lock replaced and patio door realigned

  Ian arrived promptly; and was very polite, engaging and personable. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was with the barrel in my old front door lock quickly replaced it. Ian also took out the time to correct the issue regarding the misalignment of my patio door. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian; he is an expert in what he does and is a credit to his profession.

  Error code on touchpad for underfloor heating

  Angelo arrived promptly and was courteous, polite and professional. He professionally and physically worked through the different possibilities that could be causing the error code; and was calm and meticulous throughout and tidied up afterwards. As the cause of the issue was not clear, Angelo told me that he would speak to the manufacturers the following day and then call me. Angelo was true to his word and called me the following day, having spoken to the manufacturers. He guided me through the resolution options, which led to the underfloor heating being operational again.

  Believe me when I say this, Vince is the most professional, courteous and reliable trades person that has done work for me. The quality of his work is excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him; it's clear that he takes great pride in it to ensure client satisfaction. Vince was engaging and explained to me clearly what he was doing and the result I would get; he also gave me helpful suggestions regarding queries that I had with other aspects of my home. I will definitely be getting Vince in for further work.

  Alex and his team did an absolutely amazing job in helping us move home. They are so polite, professional, hardworking and efficient; and take great pride in their work. Alex even did additional work for us which is not ordinarily part of home removals work; and gave us advice (which he didn't have to) which saved us money. They are a credit to their profession; and would be my first choice for any future home move.
