  Reviving a fitted shower that had completely stopped working.

  Daniel responded very quickly and swiftly set about understanding the issue, identifying the integrity of the hot and cold water supplies and freeing a firmly stuck supply valve. Having correctly determined where the problem lay he set about resolving it ... and succeeded. His account for completing the work represented excellent value for me. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending AquaFix 24/7 and have already engaged Daniel for other work.

  Inoperative fridge

  Visited and confirmed that whilst the fridge compressor was working, there was no gas in its system so the fridge will have to be scrapped. This advice given with no charge. Many thanks for the advice.

  Installing new gas fired condensing combi boiler.

  Having had AGS Southern Ltd service my combi boiler annually over 10 years I had no hesitation in getting them to replace it when it started to fail. I was given sound advice on the best system to use, that based on their experience would give the very best end user performance and service. The replacement from start to finish took only two days. Euan supported by Bryn had the new boiler installed and working within one day and Euan completed the work the next day. He was unfailingly polite, kept me fully informed and answered all my questions. A real credit to AGS.

  Total garden makeover

  Mark (Macods) removed and disposed of the tired wooden decking of our patio and replaced it with Marshalls Aluri limestone paving recut to a new curved design, bordered by keykerbs to our garden. Consulting us on the details of the implementation throughout, he removed stones from across the garden, old log rolls, deep tree roots, created new planting areas bordered by keykerbs, re-profiled the area and laid a new lawn. All this work was carried out by Mark under the most adverse wet weather conditions. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the care that he took.

  Supplying and fitting new carpet and underlay.

  A week after contacting Tony Robb I have a new carpet and underlay fitted in our spare bedroom. In that time Tony responded to my requirements, supplied carpet samples to enable me to choose the best option in the room, ordered the new carpet and fitted it. His work is first class and his pricing good. This is why whenever I need new carpets for big or small rooms I call Tony. I have never been disappointed having engaged him many times.

  Fix issue of too high pressure in boiler

  AGS Ltd have serviced my boiler for many years. They are thorough and absolutely reliable. The expansion vessel and filling loop were checked which pinpointed the need to replace the cold inlet valve/filling loop. This was replaced. The work was conducted quickly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.

  Sam Kirby was very polite as always and arrived as arranged wearing a mask. Completed the service and left a detailed explanation of the work done as well as explaining what he had done. I have used AGS for years and recommend them without reservation.

  Old lounge carpet disposed of and new lounge carpet and underlay laid

  Tony Robb is my automatic 'go-to' organisation whenever I need new carpets. I've used his services many times before. Tell Tony what colour / type of carpet you want and he will bring to your home a range of samples, where they can be chosen in the environment that they will be laid. For my lounge he delivered samples on Monday, we chose one, he ordered it the same day and it was fitted on Wednesday. In my experience his prices are always far better than I could get from dealing with carpet retailers and his service is excellent.
