  I had a repair done by the trader on my flat roof he told me it would last ten years it did not even last two weeks. He then took further money from me after I had to call him out for the 3rd time in four weeks to repair the same patch of roof. He promised to return with plastic covering for my roof and said that he would refund me for the un-repaired roof. Since then he has made numerous promise to return the money for my repair. Stole money for plastic covering that he just never arrived with and now will not give me my money. I'm so disgusted I'm taking him to trading standards, I feel he is a cowboy builder.
