  Water Filter installation

  Ryan was great, he turned up on time, in fact slightly early, and then got down to work. What I really appreciated was Ryan taking a moment to figure out the way to install the undersink filtration system before starting his work. the time he was very thoughtful, very polite, he explained everything in simple terms, and left his work area tidy. I also appreciated his good manners. His work in a tight space was high quality, and his pricing was fair too. I highly recommend Ryan for your plumbing work.

  Replacement fence

  Looks like all the other reviewerss have beat me to it. Lewis and his team are excellent. The workmanship, communication and care he puts into his work deserves praise, and all contractors should operate this way. The end product is exactly what we hoped for and we are very pleased with everything. Lewis is a high quality person and I fully recommend him and his team. Thank you LWB!

  Plastering an archway

  Kyle did an excellent job of fixing the archway between our kitchen and dining room after the plasterer hired by the kitchen company made a right hash of squaring off the curved archway. He immediately recognised what needed to be done and turned a terrible effort into an outstanding one. I really liked his simple and clear explanations of what needed doing. He does excellent work and also works cleanly, tidying up after the work was finished. This is the second time I have used Buchanan Plastering services and both jobs have been perfect. They are real experts and I highly recommend them.

  Slipped tiles and general survey

  I called Mike out to look at what I thought were a few slipped tiles. He turned up bang on time and explained everything he planned to do. I also asked Mike to look at few small fixes with the gutter and some flashing. What I really liked was that Mike told me that the slipped tiles were actually a very good solution involving complicated leadworks, and furthermore, nothing needed doing. I've used a fair few tradesmen over the years and this level of honesty is refreshing. I now have a roofer who I can trust, and will be using again. Very happy to recommend M&J Roofing. David
