  Complex kitchen refurbishment

  Lewis and team were exceptional. The detail of the kitchen is perfect! Ours was a complex job, involving a lot of preparation work and trades. The whole team were very clean, and professional. Lewis carefully managed the project and team, as well as doing an exceptional job of fitting the kitchen. Lewis takes pride in his work and is honest and diligent, putting a lot of care into making sure we were happy with the outcome. He was in communication throughout and was quick to answer any questions we had during and after. We would love to use him again if we ever have another similar project.

  Door repairs and fitting ironmongery

  RM joinery fitted new ironmongery and hinges to 9 of our doors. Most of these are old Victorian doors and a few needed quite significant repair work, including to the frame, where they had split at the old hinges or wouldn’t close. They worked hard to complete all the repairs and fit the new ironmongery in a day. Very grateful to have all our doors now opening and closing well with nice new handles!

  Fixing leaking sink & tap

  Came to repair a leaking sink and tap that had been installed poorly by others. Took the time to find the leak and fixed it carefully. We had a small snagging issue after but they were very proactive in coming out to amend. Left everything very tidy and were always really quick to respond and arrange the booking. Really happy with the result. Would use again.

  Chimney and spot roof repairs

  We had our chimney repointed and reflashed as well as spot repairs to gutters and a downpipe, cracked tile/ loose bonding gutter replacements. Craig and team completed the job well and carefully. They were very polite and took the time to show us the work completed.
