  Window cleaning to second floor flat

  I have just moved to a new flat on the second floor and the windows hadn’t been cleaned for years. Jamie was able to reach the windows which are now lovely and clean. He will be cleaning my windows regularly from now on. Recommended!

  Vinyl tiles

  Craig came out to quote the same day, had great communication via email and has now fitted vinyl floor tiles in my bathroom and en-suite. It was a pleasure having him around and I’m happy with the results. He’s also offered to be available for aftercare if any adjustments are required as the floor settles in, which is reassuring and appreciated.

  Building a new border to the flower bed, and jet washing of patio

  Murat and his colleague have just completed the work, I'm absolutely delighted with the results. When my patio was originally laid the flower bed was left without a border so the soil washed onto the patio when it rained, leaving the slabs very dirty. Murat has added a sunken wooden sleeper to secure the border - this work also involved cutting some of the stone paving slabs to match up the edges, infilling with cement where there were gaps. They've also jet washed the patio which looks good as new. I've just asked for a quote for some landscaping at the front of my house. Highly recommended!

  Install new outside light

  Neal did a great job of installing my new outside light, which was tricky as the existing wires were too short and I wanted the light lower down on the wall. I’m delighted with the result and will recommend Neal to any friends or family in need of an electrician in future.

  Clear trees and shrubs at side of house.

  Having had Peter lay my new patio in the summer, I asked him to come back and clear the trees and shrubs at the side of my house, lay a membrane and cover it with shingle to prevent weeds. Another great job completed, thank you Peter.

  Removal of old patio and laying new limestone slabs.

  Peter and his son have done a fantastic job of transforming my garden, removing the old, shoddily laid patio and laying new limestone paving on a proper scalping base so it’ll remain strong and sturdy for years to come. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and will be using Peter’s services again soon for a new lawn and driveway, as well as recommending him to my family.

  Removal of a tree stump

  I needed a tree stump removed urgently before my new patio slabs were laid, and David returned my call that same evening and managed to fit me in at 8am the next morning while on his way to another job, thereby saving the day! He was punctual and friendly and completed the work quickly, leaving the area tidy. Highly recommended.

  Hang two mirrors, hang a coat rack, fit curtain tie backs.

  Martin did a great job hanging various mirrors, a coat rack and curtain tie backs for me. He was also very helpful with another surprise job that I sprung on him after he arrived, which involved fitting some fixings to stop my old conservatory roof panels from sliding down. I will definitely call Martin next time I need a handyman and highly recommend him.
